At Nexus Stitch, we provide high-quality custom embroidery digitizing services and ready-made machine file downloads (DST, EPS, PNG, and more).
Due to the nature of digital products, all embroidery files delivered via email or download are non-refundable once the file has been sent or downloaded.
However, if there is any issue with the file (such as a technical error, broken download link, or incorrect format), we will fix it or resend the correct file within 24 hours.
