All embroidery design files purchased through our store are delivered digitally.
Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an instant download link on the confirmation page, as well as an email with your files attached or linked.
Delivery is usually immediate, but in case of delays (server issue, format mismatch), please contact us and we will resend the files within 24 hours.
We offer delivery in the following formats:
